  • Processing Delays: During holidays, product launches, restocks, limited edition releases, or promotions, processing times may be extended.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched via UPS, you will receive tracking details via email.
  • Time-Sensitive Orders: For faster delivery, we recommend selecting UPS shipping. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delays.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Please allow up to 10 business days for out-of-stock items to be crafted.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Rural Delivery: Delivery times may be longer for rural or remote addresses.

What Happens if I Miss My Delivery?

If you miss your delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be required to pay for a second shipment before we can send it again.

If payment for the second shipment is not made within 2 weeks, your order will be canceled (no refund).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the first scan to appear in the tracking system.

Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country. Frissonelle does not control these fees and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Important: Refusal to pay duties and taxes will result in order cancellation (no refund).
