Which Items Can Be Returned?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We accept returns and exchanges for the following items:

  • Bras
  • Suspenders
What Items Cannot Be Returned?
  • Hygiene Products

    • Panties, bodysuits, and any products that contact the groin area are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons. These items are considered used once they leave our facility.
    • Exception: Faulty or damaged items may be returned.
  • Worn or Used Items

    • Items that have been worn, used, or soiled (e.g., with makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or personal stains) cannot be returned. Such items will be sent back to the customer.
  • Discounted Items

    • Items purchased at a discount or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. This will be noted on the product page or during checkout.
  • Late Returns

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Late return requests will not be accepted.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
  • Contact Us

    • Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number and details about the return or exchange. If the item is defective or incorrect, attach a photo for review.
  • Review Process

    • We will review your request within 1–5 business days.
  • Approval

    • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Send the Item(s)

    • Ship the items in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
    • Provide the following:
      • A tracking number for your return shipment.
      • A photo of your return receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
  • We Cover Costs:

    • If we sent a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fees.
  • Customer Covers Costs:

    • For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Be free from any scents, such as perfume, tobacco, or body odor.

Note: All returned items will be inspected before approval. Customers will be notified of the outcome via email.

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the return is due to defective or incorrect items, shipping fees will also be refunded.

For international orders, you may be subject to additional duties and taxes. These charges are your responsibility. Refused shipments will incur a fee, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your country’s import laws.
